A local insurance office in Lauderhill is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to support licensed agents and serve a diverse client base, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with existing and prospective clients
• Provide sales support to licensed insurance agents
• Perform basic administrative tasks and CRM updates
• Ensure Spanish-speaking clients feel respected, understood, and valued

What You Need:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required); Haitian Creole a plus
• Warm, respectful, and professional phone presence with cultural sensitivity
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a steady call volume
• Experience in insurance, call center, hospitality, or sales a plus
• Florida 2-15, 4-40, or 2-20 license preferred but not required
