Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to prepare and paint a variety of industrial surfaces, including metal, steel, and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with surface preparation, coating application, and working in industrial or manufacturing environments while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, masking, and priming

• Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers

• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications

• Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage and quality

• Operate and maintain painting and spray equipment

• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE

• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or coating specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role preferred

• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating systems

• Experience with spray painting equipment (airless, conventional, or electrostatic preferred)

• Ability to work in industrial environments and at heights if required

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
