Welder

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, organized candidate to fill the position of Welder for one of our top manufacturing clients. The Welder will assist in the day to day functions and various stages in the welding processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate various equipment using the STIG and MIG welding processes
• Read blue prints
• Identify parts and materials
• Verify accuracy of paperwork
• Seat and press parts
• Adjust fixturing
• Inspect tools and equipment for accuracy/deficiencies
• Ensure job orders remain with parts at all times
• Sandblast and clean various components while standing for long periods of time

Job Requirements:

• Starting at $15 plus/hr (DOE)
• 40-50 hrs/wk
• Certification not required
• Must be able to pass weld test
• Steel toed boots and welding hood required
• Must lift up to 40lbs regularly
• Full range of motion
