This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This role involves reviewing project specifications and plans, coordinating with manufacturers, and handling all customer inquiries. 

 

Job Description:

• Pay rate $17-19 per hour based on experience
• Monday – Friday
• Full time | First shift 
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Enter and manage data for pricing, tracking, and documentation
• Communicate with manufacturers to confirm material compatibility and availability
• Assist clients and engineers in understanding material options and technical details

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction customer service is preferred
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite knowledge
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment 
• Speak, read, and comprehend in English
• Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
