We are seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support day-to-day financial and operational accounting functions within a government contracting environment. Responsibilities

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Analyze and maintain financial data using Microsoft Excel

• Assist with invoice matching tied to purchase orders and contracts

• Support month-end close and reporting activities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in a structured, regulated environment

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow established processes and documentation

Preferred

• Experience in government contracting, logistics, supply chain, or regulated industries

• ERP or accounting software experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Military, veteran, or DoD-adjacent background
