Risk and Insurance Manager

Located in Hamilton, OH

Salary: $130-150K

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s risk management and insurance programs
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, and organizational risks
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks and strategies
• Manage insurance coverage, policies, renewals, limits, and deductibles
• Oversee insurance claims from reporting through resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess risk and support business continuity
• Partner with brokers, carriers, and external vendors
• Provide risk assessments and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
• Support business units in identifying and managing risk
• Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in contracts management, insurance coverage, data centers, or related experience is required.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and insurance structures
• Understanding of insurance claims management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and recommend practical risk solutions
