Production Associate

Job Details:  We are seeking a highly motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. An ideal candidate will enjoy working with their hands and take pride in their work as a contributor to a team environment.  Temporary to full time work, pay is $19/hr. 

Responsibilities
 Assist other team members as required in their duties
 Handle and process plastic products and raw materials
 Identify and notify supervisors of quality concerns

 Help maintain a clean and safe environment
 Engage in on the job training
 Other duties may be assigned

Location & Commitments
 Permanent full-time role at our Cedar City, UT factory.
 Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours a week)
 Overtime may be required at times to ensure orders are delivered on time
 Saturday work is rare but can occasionally be required

Candidate Requirements
 Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen
 Must be able to stand for 8 – 10 hours in a fast paced environment
 Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical jobs duties which include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting
 Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
 Must be willing to learn on the job, follow directions, and be part of a team
 Must be willing to submit to a background check
