Key Responsibilities

•        Accurately enter customer orders and maintain master file records using internal systems
• Learn and apply the company’s part number system, pricing rules, and customer‑specific requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal sales staff regarding orders and inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry support

Required Qualifications

•          Strong administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn complex systems, rules, and product information
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
