Responsibilities:

Assist the attorney in the preparation and organization of legal documents for litigation.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.

Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.

Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation.

File documents with the court and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Maintain communication with clients regarding case status and updates.

Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.

Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.

Pay based on Experience $18-25.
