Job Summary:
The Embroidery Machine Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial embroidery machines used in the production of promotional materials for corporate and commercial accounts. This role ensures optimal machine performance, minimizes downtime, and supports high-quality output across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain multi-head embroidery machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficiency and longevity of equipment.
• Train operators on proper machine use and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate service records and report recurring issues to management.
• Travel to various company facilities as needed to provide technical support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, or similar).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states.
