About the Position:
-Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading security and alarm company to recruit a Sales Technician. This role combines technical know-how with proactive sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be driven, personable, and ready to grow the customer base through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
•    Proactively generate leads through: 
o    Door-to-door outreach
o    Business visits
o    Community and social events
•    Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
•    Provide technical support and product demonstrations when needed.
•    Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
•    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:
•    Previous outside sales experience is REQUIRED.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•    Comfortable with door-to-door and in-person business development.
•    Basic technical knowledge of alarm/security systems (training provided).
•    Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and ability to pass a background check are REQUIRED.

Schedule:
-Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary depending on business needs)
