Customer Account Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Handle rental order processing and coordination
  • Pull and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
  • Utilize inventory sales and order management systems
  • Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications for Inside Sales Support Role

  • Experience working directly with customers in a customer service or sales support role
  • Familiarity with inventory, order processing, or sales systems
  • Prior experience in industrial distribution, construction supply, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
