Local grocery store is seeking an IT/POS Manager for their locations. Candidate will be responsible for learning the new POS system that is about to be installed and train others on how to use it properly. This is a great opportunity for growth as this company expands in the Fayetteville area.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and train staff on POS system
• Inventory management
• Analyze performance results and monitor business indicators
• Manage network of distributors
• Troubleshoot and resolve any POS issues
• Inform policy and system changes of POS to staff

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a technology related field
• Vendor management experience
• Strong understanding of payment systems
• Knowledge of TOAST system preferred
• Some knowledge of Asian products desired
