Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Inventory Control openings in Circle Pines, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in warehouse operations.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $21.00–$23.00 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all outbound freight and receive inbound freight
• Enter shipment and receiving data into SAP database
• Assist with small parcel shipments when needed
• Execute cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain records of inbound/outbound freight (BOLs, packing lists, lot numbers)
• Document damaged freight with photos and mark accordingly on BOL
• Maintain adequate supply of shipping/receiving consumables (Min/Max, Kanban)
• Complete BOLs, packing slips, and hazardous/dangerous goods documentation
• Calculate weights and dimensions for estimated shipping costs
• Follow proper packaging practices and interpret visual aids for customer requirements
• Arrange carrier pickups for customer-routed freight
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/inventory experience
• Forklift experience on electric sit-down lifts required
• Proficient in completing shipping documents and hazardous goods labels
• Ability to calculate weights and dimensions accurately
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Drug screen and background check required
