We are currently hiring for a Bag Machine Operator in Romeoville. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced production environment and working with a team.

Position Details:

Pay: $21.34/hr

Shift: Mon–Fri | 5:00 AM – 3:05 PM (plus required OT)

Location: Romeoville, IL

What You’ll Be Doing: You will be a key part of the production team—operating machinery, packing quality products, and ensuring all safety and food-safety standards (GMP/HACCP) are met. This role involves standing, packing bags into boxes, and moving completed orders to the conveyor.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read standard measuring tapes and use basic computer skills.

A team player who works well under pressure and follows safety protocols.

Physical ability to push/move boxes (up to 75 lbs) and stand for shifts.

Requirements: An interview, background check, and drug screen are required.
