Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Sand surfaces of parts and components to prepare for finishing
- Remove decals, adhesives, and contaminants from parts
- Assist with cleaning, prepping, and basic assembly tasks
- Operate hand tools and light power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards
Qualifications
- Previous shop or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- No drug screen or background check required
