Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established real estate/escrow company to find an experienced Escrow Closer. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing real estate transactions and building strong relationships within the industry.

Job Summary

The Escrow Closer will manage residential real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents and settlement statements

• Coordinate closing timelines with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents

• Ensure escrow files comply with state, federal, and company regulations

• Balance escrow files and oversee accurate disbursement of funds

• Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues

• Facilitate closings and explain documents to clients as needed

• Maintain clear communication with all parties throughout the transaction

• Complete post-closing tasks, including recording and file documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Closer 

• Strong knowledge of escrow and real estate closing procedures

• Experience with TRID and closing disclosure requirements

• Familiarity with escrow/title software (SoftPro, Resware, RamQuest, or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Compensation

• $40,000 starting salary for candidates without an established book of business

• $50,000–$60,000 salary for candidates with an existing book of business, based on size and performance
