Express Employment Professionals is hiring Skilled Laborers for a leading manufacturer in Lake Stevens, WA. This is an Evaluation Hire opportunity offering stable overnight hours and long‑term potential with a company that helps build essential products for communities across the country.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.

Pay: $20/hr 

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quality standards
• Organize and store materials, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Prepare and package orders for shipment with precision and timeliness
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and products

Fabrication & Production

• Cut and drill holes into flat bars using hand tools and measuring devices
• Shoot studs into flat bars using a stud gun (training provided)
• Assist in assembling stud rails and other manufactured products
• Support production tasks using power tools and fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift

Safety & General Duties

• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform general cleanup and assist with additional duties as assigned
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and basic fabrication preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
