Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries
• Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate offboarding for departing employees
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general questions
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations
• Assist with preparing HR reports, metrics, and employee data
• Support training programs and employee development initiatives
• Perform data entry and assist with general HR documentation as needed

Requirements
• Previous experience working in Human Resources required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Personable attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
