Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager for an opportunity in St. Louis, MO (63108). This role is ideal for a nonprofit professional with strong donor relations, data management, and fundraising coordination experience who is looking for a long-term, mission-driven position.

You will be working with Express Employment Professionals, a staffing firm that partners with reputable nonprofit and mission-based organizations throughout the St. Louis area.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a portfolio of tax credit donors
• Conduct donor research using Raiser’s Edge and Prospect Insights
• Create campaign donor lists and input donor data accurately into Raiser’s Edge
• Support the transition to a centralized CRM system
• Schedule, attend, and support Philanthropy & Communications Committee meetings
• Schedule, attend, and support Philanthropy Leadership Team meetings
• Assist with planning, meetings, and coordination for the Spirit of Saint Nicholas Ball
• Solicit auction items for fundraising events
• Support Lunch & Learn donor engagement events held approximately every six weeks
• Assist with centralized grant facilitation as needed
• Coordinate fundraising training sessions focused on major gifts and planned giving
• Collaborate with the Roman Catholic Foundation as needed
• Assist with data processing and reporting when required

Requirements
• Previous nonprofit or philanthropy experience required
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Experience working with donor databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
