We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our food distribution company, based in Oakland, CA. This is a clerical position focused on administrative support during overnight operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. English and Spanish speaking preferred. 

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6pm-4am 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support warehouse and office operations
  • Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and data entry
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (must provide proof of proficiency or certification)
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prove Excel proficiency or hold Excel certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus (higher pay offered)
