We are seeking two experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join our team at a food distribution company based in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidates will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Must be flexible with the schedule and have transportation. English and Spanish speaking preferred.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee inventory control and perform regular cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Operate and supervise forklift activities (must be certified).
• Train and lead warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
• Adapt to company-specific computer systems and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience (required).
• Forklift certification (required).
• Ability to work in cold storage environments.
• Availability to work overtime and flexibility with scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
