Express Employment is hiring for an HVAC Technician

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and experience working with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday with some rotational on call

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating Furnace & Boiler, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Complete service documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and professional appearance
• Ability to drive company vehicle
• Experience with residential and/or commercial systems
• MECH 4 and EPA Certification
