Location: South Austin

Type: Direct Hire

Hybrid: remote capabilities M, W, F after the 3-week training program with Tuesday’s and Thursdays onsite.

Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM M-F

 

Job Summary:

Our client, based in South Austin, specializes in testing and national certification for medical professionals. They are seeking Application Support Specialists to provide critical support for certification program operations. This is a full-time opportunity with strong potential for growth within the organization.

 

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, positive problem-solver, and collaborative team player who excels in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities. These are full-time, direct-hire positions with hybrid flexibility available after training is completed.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and review certification or recertification applications.

· Managing incoming communications via calls regarding application status and questions.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the certification management system.

· Respond to inquiries and questions within expected timeframes.

· Contribute to ongoing process improvements, including supporting audits, resolving complex issues, applying escalation protocols, and workflow effectiveness.

· Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

· Manage and maintain required certification files and records

 

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of experience within a fast-paced customer service environment.

· Previous credentialling, regulatory or support environment is strongly preferred.

· Great opportunity for recent college graduates.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

· High attention to detail and ability to follow workflows and standard operating procedures.
