Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday; overtime as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Woodworker to join our production team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for individuals interested in learning woodworking, assembly, and manufacturing processes. Apprentices will be trained to safely use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment while producing high-quality wood components and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and fabrication of wood products and components

• Use hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, sanders, nail guns, measuring tools)

• Measure, cut, sand, and prep materials according to work instructions

• Follow blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions accurately

• Support experienced woodworkers and learn shop processes and techniques

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand tools or willingness to learn

• Basic math and measuring skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or woodworking

• Familiarity with power tools or shop equipment

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
