Skilled Millwork Craftsman

Lafayette, LA | Full-Time | $18+/Hr. DOE

 

We are hiring an experienced Millwork Craftsman to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in millwork or a related field, but we are willing to train someone with transferable experience.

 

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime Available

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in millwork or a similar trade preferred

• Strong personal initiative and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt, learn new processes, and manage time effectively

• Good math and communication skills

• Ability to read and build from drawings

• Experience operating industrial woodworking equipment, including:

  • Straight line rip saw

  • Shapers

  • Routers

  • Drum sanders

  • Planers

  • Other miscellaneous shop equipment

 

Pay:
Starting at $18+ per hour, depending on experience
