Salary: $55,000 - $70,000/year

We are looking for a Direct Hire candidate who is a detail-oriented, organized professional to assist with project estimating and management from initial bid through project completion. This position offers excellent growth potential within our company.                       

Schedule: Day shift (M-F) 

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and specifications
• Break down jobs for estimating and quoting
• Coordinate purchasing and material expediting
• Support project management and job buyout
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients
• Maintain organized project documentation and schedules

Qualifications

• Strong math, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in glass, storefronts, curtainwalls, and/or commercial window estimating preferred (but not required)
• Experience with private and negotiated projects a plus
• CAD experience and strong communication/sales skills are a bonus
• Must enjoy working with the public and thrive in a team environment
