Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3rd Shift) Possible training on 1st
Pay: $18.00/hour + 7% Shift Premium

Position Summary
The Off-Shift Line Inspector ensures all products meet established quality standards before leaving the facility. This role provides hands-on inspection support, works closely with production teams, and helps maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow controlled documents issued when performing inspections.
• Inspect all listed characteristics to specifications, using gaging methods established.
• Provide quality support to production by responding to inspection needs that arise and communicate results in a timely manner
• Ability to explain inspection and gaging methods to machine operators
• Perform Firearms QAPS and other sort activities/inspections as needed.
• Perform CMM checks as required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of quality control experience preferred.

• Must be able to read blueprints & use gauges

• Skilled in attribute and variable gaging, including micrometers.

• Technical knowledge of machining processes is a plus.

• Prior machine shop inspection experience preferred.

• ASQ certification and GD&T knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, twist, grip, and climb stairs as needed.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with possible exposure to dust, solvents, liquids, and varying temperatures.

• Must wear required PPE at all times.
