Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Express Employment is seeking friendly, intelligent, and energetic individuals with excellent attention to detail to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is perfect for those who enjoy building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders via phone, email, and in person; enter into sales system.
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing, inventory levels, and expected in-stock dates.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Invoice orders and prepare paperwork for delivery drivers.
• Assist with inventory management, including entering receipts and adjustments.

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and self-motivate with strong time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
