Express Employment is partnering with a local company to hire a dedicated, self-motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative who takes pride in their work. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales in a retail environment.

 

Pay: $18.00

 

PART TIME: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00AM to 5:00 

 

Job duties:

  • Answer incoming customer calls

  • Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience

  • Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases

  • Handle cash, credit, and returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies

  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies

  • Maintain a clean sales floor

  • Meet or exceed customer service and sales goals

  • Support team members during busy periods

  • Perform other tasks as required by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Sales experience a plus but not required.
  • Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable on the computer.
