Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our logistics team. This role involves handling inventory, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Assembly Tasks:
• Perform light assembly of products or components as required.
• Follow assembly instructions and quality control guidelines.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Quality & Safety:
• Inspect products for defects and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
