We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment to keep our facility running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs

• Install, align, and test new machinery or components

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Assist with facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and general repairs

• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe working environment

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial controls

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Experience with PLCs is a plus (not required)

• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50lb and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
