Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Concierge to represent a top-tier dealership. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a candidate who can assist customers, answer questions, and offer support with a courteous and professional attitude, enhancing the dealership's reputation for outstanding service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors warmly as they enter the dealership, creating a welcoming environment.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, answering questions, and guiding them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
• Provide general information about dealership services, promotions, and amenities.
• Coordinate customer appointments with dealership staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
• Maintain the customer lounge area, keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with refreshments and reading materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing guest logs, and processing inquiries.
• Ensure timely and clear communication between customers and dealership departments for a seamless experience.
• Address and resolve minor customer service concerns, escalating issues to the management team as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Preferably in a high-end environment where customer experience is paramount, such as in a hotel, luxury retail, or dealership setting.
• Able to interact professionally and warmly with customers, colleagues, and dealership staff.
• A welcoming presence that ensures guests feel valued and comfortable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide accurate information.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• A reliable individual with a strong commitment to maintaining set schedules and delivering a high level of service.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm 

Pay: $17-$18hr
