Smokehouse Operator - $15.50 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local company in Lenoir City, TN

 

Smokehouse Operator Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products into and out of ovens.
• Work to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Verify work and storage areas are maintained, safe, clean and organized.
• Monitor each smokehouse and product cook for accurate cooking process.
• Understand product thickness to adjust smokehouse process to properly adjust cooking procedures.

Smokehouse Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent documentation
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Smokehouse Operator Shift:

• 3^rd Shift
• Full-time
• Overtime if necessary
