About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with management to support day‑to‑day financial operations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll processing and related governmental filings
• Preparing quarterly and annual reports
• Supporting general ledger entries and other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings a solid foundation in accounting and a willingness to learn:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience in an accounting department
• Experience with NetSuite, Paychex, or similar accounting/payroll systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment

Compensation & Benefits
