Paint Racker – Production

Pay: $10.50–$11.00 per hour
Schedule: 10-hour shifts (full-time)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Paint Racker to support production operations by properly loading, unloading, and organizing parts for the paint process. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rack and un-rack metal parts for the paint line according to production requirements

• Inspect parts for defects, damage, or contamination prior to painting

• Ensure proper spacing and positioning of parts for consistent paint coverage

• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safety procedures

• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for 10-hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment

• No prior experience required; training provided

Work Environment:

• Indoor industrial facility

• Exposure to paint, chemicals, and noise (PPE provided)
