Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Make Ready Technician to join our team. As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Install and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and practices
- Experience with electrical systems, including wiring, logic controllers, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Skilled in performing basic welding tasks
- Leadership abilities with the capability to supervise others when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
