Express Employment Professionals- Casper ,  is currently hiring for a Recruiting Specialist.  List are a few job responsibilities but are not limited to the following:

• Meet weekly applicant and interview goals
• Make a high level of outbound calls to potential candidates
• Conduct initial inquiry calls with applicant and schedule interviews
• Assist with front desk coverage and general office support
• Help with community recruiting efforts
• Support job board postings, application follow-up, and recruiting focused social media

  Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure
• Strong typing, data entry, and phone communication skills
• MS software knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to support others
