As a Sales Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging Finance, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain operations. This position goes beyond traditional financial reporting; it’s about providing insights that drive strategic decisions and strengthen overall business performance.

You will develop and analyze financial models, evaluate customer and product profitability, and deliver actionable insights to support pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and margin optimization. The ideal candidate is both analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Forecasting

• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range revenue plans.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis (volume, pricing, margin, product mix) and explain business drivers.
• Develop and manage pricing models and scenario analyses to evaluate new business opportunities.

Business Partnering & Commercial Support

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support customer negotiations, contracts, and new product development.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by aligning demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies.

Reporting & Insights

• Deliver regular KPI reporting on sales volume, pricing, and margin performance.
• Prepare customer profitability scorecards and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve decision-making and collaboration.

Process & System Improvements

• Automate recurring reports and streamline analytical processes for greater efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP, BI, and reporting systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in forecasting and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Sales Finance (experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer and product-level P&L reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
