Responsibilities:

• Support the FSQA Manager in maintaining the Quality System, including procedures, records, and documentation related to:
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Preventive Controls (PCs)
• Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
• Perform pre-operational inspections and environmental monitoring as applicable.
• Assist with executing corrective actions related to USDA observations.
• Support audit preparation and execution (SQF, when applicable).
• Collaborate with the FSQA Manager on initiatives and action items provided by the FSQA Advisor.
• Actively support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Promote and reinforce a strong food safety culture through positive interaction with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in meat processing, food safety, or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
