Maintenance Supervisor Needed

 

A food manufacturing company in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within the facility.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible; must be available for off-shifts/weekends as needed)
Pay: $100,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience)

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility and production equipment maintenance operations

• Develop, manage, and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues (up to 480V, 3-phase)

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and quality teams to minimize downtime

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and all safety regulations

• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior maintenance leadership or management experience

• Strong background in food manufacturing maintenance

• Hands-on technical expertise with mechanical, electrical, PLC, and facility systems

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

• Experience with maintenance software preferred

• Able to lift to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
