Installation Tech/Mechanic

Salary: 18.00

A Mobile Alabama based company is in immediate need of an Installation Tech.
This will be a temp to permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.
We need mechanic that has experience but is not specialized in one skill or type of repair. The ideal candidate is someone that has some experience in one or more of the following skills or fields.

Truck mounted equipment installation to include but not limited to:
Utility bodies
Flatbed
Truck mounted cranes
Lift gates
Van bodies
Hydraulic wet-line kits
Truck frame lengthening/shortening
Auxiliary suspension installation
Garbage bodies
Light truck accessories
Repair to Truck mounted equipment includes but not limited to:
Truck mounted hydraulic systems
12 volt electrical systems
Interface systems
Metal Work: ie. Repairs or fabrication of flatbed bodies, ladder/pipe racks, headache racks, bumper fabrication and installation
Diagnostic and repair work skills related to:
Gas and Diesel engines
Transmissions
Air conditioning systems
Brace work
Tire/Wheel installation

 

MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
SOME BUT NOT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Wrenches
Sockets
Impact Sockets
Screw Drivers-Assorted Sizes
Pliers
Electrical
Power tools
Clamping tools
Gloves/Safety glasses/Burning glasses
