Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ride along with the driver on delivery routes.
• Assist in unloading trucks using a dolly and ramp.
• Help with loading and unloading products to customer sites.
• Maintain safe and efficient handling of products.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes
• Experience with two-way and three-way matching
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience managing or improving AP processes
