Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Admin for their upscale, locally owned furniture store.

 

Duties:

• Greet customers and answer inquiries
• Process sales – Cash, Credit Cards, financing
• Accurate data entry, enter and maintain customer account information
• Schedule deliveries and technicians
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals

 

Requirements:

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Professional demeanor and attire
• Flexibility to adapt to change
• Prior administrative and customer service experience
• Excellent communication via phone, email, in person and inter-company
• POS software knowledge
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Office
