NOW HIRING for a Sales Coordinator for a company in the South Charlotte area. 

 

This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders and contracts and contributes to a multifaceted support approach for the sales process, covering credit applications to order entry.

 

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday. 

 

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate and submit credit applications for pre-approval, encompassing various deal types, including cash transactions.
  • Obtain quotes as necessary 
  • Manage and enter new customer files 
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of order documents, paying special attention to leasing requirements and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure commission statements are accurate.
  • Input orders and maintenance contracts into SAP and CRM systems, ensuring compliance with Company policy and GAAP for revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service, maintaining effective communication with authorized dealers.
  • Act as a liaison with Corporate National Accounts when collaboration is required for specific orders.
  • Track and report order status from initial entry to final invoicing.
  • Collaborate with leasing companies to secure timely funding for lease transactions.
  • Manage the timely receipt of return authorizations for lease returns.
  • Maintain and regularly report on Lease Portfolio status.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to address billing issues, handle customer inquiries, and assist RMS in resolving Accounts Receivable issues.
  • All other administrative duties as needed
