Express Employment Professionals of Lynchburg is hiring an outgoing, organized, and highly motivated Outside Business Developer who brings results and thrives in relationship development! What you'll do: 

• Develop new business through cold-calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings. 
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close with consistent activity
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics
• Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted business partner in the communities in which we serve
• Present solutions, negotiate options and close new and former business with confidence and a compassionate manner
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance to ensure measurable results
• Collaborate with an energetic internal team to delivery outstanding service. 

What we are looking for: 

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling
• Strong closing skills with a results-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while staying accountable to performance goals
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a competitive drive to WIN
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to be in the field (communities) daily. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary plus uncapped bonuses/commissions
