A compassionate mental health facility is hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, families, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, personable, and dependable, and who enjoys working with individuals of varying abilities in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls

• Greet clients and visitors and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures

• Perform basic data entry and typing in Word documents (including creating and saving new files)

• Update client goals and documentation as directed

• Assist with time ticket entry (training provided; opportunity for pay increase once proficient)

• Support day-to-day front office operations

Who You’ll Work With:

• Adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including Down syndrome and cerebral palsy

• Individuals with varying levels of cognitive and functional ability

• Families, caregivers, and clinical staff
