A well-established, small family-run law firm in Springfield, IL is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to manage and elevate both our digital presence and in-office branding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with precision and takes pride in presenting a professional, cohesive brand experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain the firm’s digital presence, including website updates and online content

• Coordinate physical marketing materials (client folders, mailings, printed pieces) with a strong eye for aesthetics and presentation

• Send client materials and file folders in a polished, visually appealing way

• Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications

• Support ongoing website development and updates

• Help plan and support marketing efforts for special events

• Occasional travel to Florida or Texas for events may be available for high performers

• Full website development tools and platforms
