Job Title: Retail Customer Service Associate

Schedule: Full-time | Day shift | Monday–Friday (exact hours discussed during interview)

  • Training period begins immediately

Position Overview:

  • Join a long-standing local retail operation serving customers in a professional, service-focused environment

  • This role supports daily retail operations while learning purchasing and receiving functions

  • Ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone

  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers with orders, and support front-counter needs

  • Assist with purchasing and receiving, including checking in products and maintaining organization
