Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Confidential Counter Sales position for a Tyler-area distribution company!
This is a confidential search with a well-established company in the distribution industry. We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and timely manner

• Process orders accurately using computer and POS systems

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide product information, pricing, and availability

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy

• Maintain organized records, invoices, and documentation

• Support day-to-day office and sales operations as needed

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Prior counter sales, customer service, or inside sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills (data entry, order processing, email)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

• Pay Range: Based on experience

• Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
